In disaster circumstances in which traffic is limited, airports closed, relief equipment surrounded, drones are the only salvation because they allow continued assistance until normal communications can be reestablished.According to MedGadget , the online publication of technology applied to medicine, they have already been used successfully in rescue operations in places that are very difficult to access. Drones have saved the lives of mountaineers and explorers with antidotes for poison, and resources to stabilize broken bones, among other things. The equipment is controlled remotely and is powered by lithium batteries that allow it to fly for one hour. It contains cameras and communication equipment, in addition to sensors for GPS. It can reach the patient in a radius of about 12 square kilometers. Due to aeronautical regulations, it can only fly up to 700 feet, and whoever controls it must have a license to operate drones.

The original idea for drones appears to be that of Alec Momont, a young engineering graduate from the Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands, who proposed the idea as a thesis project for his Master's degree. These “flying ambulances” would be Country Email List lightweight devices loaded with a defibrillator, and would be distributed in schools, sports stadiums, government offices, to provide first aid, 90% faster than with traditional ambulances. They work this way: When paramedics receive a call for help, they dispatch a drone at a speed of 60 miles per hour to the scene of the emergency. The drone is directed by GPS and placed close to the victim, where the paramedic can see the scene in detail and give instructions to people at the scene. The defibrillator acts automatically, stabilizing the patient while help from the paramedic team arrives. ( Watch the video so you know how it works.

The possibilities of widespread use of drones increased in mid-2015, when Google managed to get the patent approved for its Wing project , whose official name is “Use of remote-controlled aerial vehicles to provide emergency services.” The project includes a complete fleet of drones specialized in different types of emergencies, such as drowning due to immersion, heart attack, asthma, shock, etc. According to the company, drones will be widely used for shipments as early as 2017.According to experts, drones could begin to be used massively starting this year. In fact, there are already companies like Amazon and Wal-Mart studying its use for home delivery... yet another path to explore in the worldIt is a video game so powerful that it is capable of eliminating the acute pain of burned patients, or those with severe amputations, for example, although the effect stops as soon.
