The artist explained that the forbidden fruit: object of desire also brings together a selection of works, many of them from the fuentes angarita collection, that project different interpretations of beauty, desire and temptation. “from sandro botticelli's delicate depictions of the birth of venus to picasso's abstract interpretations,” she added.

It is timely to point out that the fuentes angarita collection houses more than 1,500 works by more than 150 artists with a political and gender profile. It is a documentary record, owned by andreina fuentes angarita, that promotes both emerging and established artists, who activated alternative mechanisms to get out of the crisis in venezuela through the use of their creative processes.


Within the framework of the exhibition the forbidden fruit: object of desire , arts connection foundation carries out a rich program of activities with the participation of the collective's artists: on november 25, mr.
